How can I update or cancel my order?
If you need to cancel or change your order, please email us within 12 hours of placing your order at customerservice@swoophanger.com. Once the order processing begins, orders can no longer be adjusted or cancelled.
Please note: Refunds for cancelled orders may take 5-7 business days to be received.
What if I think my hanger has a defect?
In case of manufacturing defect, please email a photo with proof of purchase to customerservice@swoophanger.com within 10 days of delivery. We'd be happy to help!
How can I place a large quantity order?

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, see options available at checkout.
How can I give someone a SWOOP Hanger gift card?
SWOOP gift cards are not currently available, but please join our mailing list for updates about gift cards, new products and promotions.
I received a discount code, where do I enter it?
All discount and promotion codes are entered at checkout.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
What’s my order status? How do I track my order?
Once your order is submitted tracking information will be provided via email.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we only ship to all states in the USA.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
Yes, we'll gladly ship to your P.O. box.
Do you provide rush shipping? If so, what’s the cost?
Yes! Depending on the delivery method, you’ll see options available at checkout.
How can I return a product?
We believe the SWOOP Hanger will help you achieve your closet dreams! If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re happy to accept returns within 14 days of your delivery date for unused products in the original packaging. To start a return, please contact us at customerservice@swoophanger.com, provide your name, order number and reason for the return. We’ll respond to confirm acceptance and provide further instructions.
Please note: Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer and original shipping charges cannot be refunded. Once we’ve received and inspected your returned item, we’ll credit the original form of payment less the shipping cost.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process a credit to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days.
